The Flowing Wells Unified School District is proud to announce that it has earned an “A” letter grade from the Arizona Department of Education. This recognition reflects the district’s continued commitment to academic excellence, student growth, and a supportive learning environment for every child.
Six Flowing Wells schools, Hendricks Elementary, Richardson Elementary, Flowing Wells Junior High, Flowing Wells High School, Flowing Wells Digital Campus, and Sentinel Peak High School, also earned individual “A” ratings, highlighting the exceptional work happening across the district.
The Arizona Department of Education’s A–F School Accountability System evaluates schools using multiple measures, including student proficiency and growth on statewide assessments, progress for English learners, and indicators of readiness such as graduation rates and preparation for college or careers.
This achievement reinforces Flowing Wells’ commitment to continuous growth and the pursuit of excellence across all schools.
