Flowing Wells High School teacher Caitlin Reynolds has been named a Top 5 finalist for the 2026 Arizona Teacher of the Year Award, one of the state’s most prestigious recognitions for educators.
Presented by the Arizona Educational Foundation, the Teacher of the Year program honors outstanding teachers who demonstrate excellence in the classroom and make an impact on their school communities.
As part of this recognition, Caitlin has also been named an Ambassador for Excellence. Ambassadors are the Top 5 finalists who represent Arizona’s teachers at events across the state, sharing their expertise, advocating for the profession, and serving as role models for students and educators alike.
The overall Arizona Teacher of the Year will be announced during the Foundation’s annual awards ceremony on October 18, 2025.
