March is Women’s History Month and we are celebrating by shining a light on some fantastic FWHS female leaders who make a positive impact on campus.

Who is a mentor or role model who inspire you & why?

My mom is who inspires me every day to be better, learn more, and always try my best to be better and be my true self because life is short so just enjoy it while it lasts!

I love bulldogs and I love pickles.

What are your dreams for your future?

Pass the MCAT at the University of Arizona and soon be Dr. Alcantar in plastic surgery.

What is the bravest thing you have ever done?

I'm not sure, to be honest.

What do you love about Flowing Wells?

The community, the environment, it's my second home.

Who has been the most influential teacher in your career and why?

Mrs. Herrera at Laguna for always teaching me to be the best I can be, put myself out there, and make the right choices even if others don't agree.

What legacy do you want to leave here at Flowing Wells?

The legacy I would like to leave at FW is for students to be taught to love themselves for who they really are without shame.
